Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website projekt-neuland.us (“Site”) and any consulting services (“Services”) provided by GenAIus Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) under the name Projekt Neuland. By using our Site or purchasing Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
GenAIus Inc., operating as Projekt Neuland, provides business strategy consulting and personal experience sharing for entrepreneurs and founders exploring business opportunities in the United States. Services are delivered through scheduled video or phone sessions.
We offer two categories of services:
Single Sessions — Individual bookings such as Kickstart Calls and Strategie Sessions, purchased and scheduled through our booking platform.
Ongoing Advisory — Monthly advisory engagements governed by a separate Engagement Letter. In the event of conflict between these Terms and an executed Engagement Letter, the Engagement Letter shall prevail for matters within its scope.
2. Important: Scope of Services
Projekt Neuland does NOT provide legal advice, tax advice, or immigration services.
Felix Schmidt is not a licensed attorney, tax advisor, or immigration consultant in any jurisdiction. Nothing provided during sessions, on this Site, or in any communications constitutes legal advice, immigration advice, or tax advice.
What we offer is business strategy consulting and the personal experience of a founder who has navigated the US market entry process. All information regarding visas, residence permits, and immigration matters reflects personal experience only and should not be relied upon as legal guidance.
You are expressly advised to retain qualified, licensed professionals for all legal, immigration, and tax matters. No outcome — including but not limited to visa approval, business success, or immigration status — is guaranteed or implied by our Services.
Our services may include guidance on company formation, market analysis, business plan development, and operational setup. These services reflect personal experience and general business knowledge, not licensed professional counsel.

Was wir bieten: Business-Strategie-Beratung und persönliche Erfahrungswerte eines Gründers, der selbst den US-Markteintritt durchlaufen hat. Alle Angaben zu Visa, Aufenthaltstiteln und Immigration basieren ausschließlich auf persönlicher Erfahrung und stellen keine Rechtsberatung dar.
3. No Refunds — Voucher Policy
All payments are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
If you are unable to attend a scheduled single session, you may reschedule once within 10 weeks of your original booking date. After 10 weeks, the session expires without compensation. No exceptions.
For Ongoing Advisory engagements, any month commenced is billed in full regardless of actual usage.
4. Session Bundles
If you purchase multiple sessions (e.g., two Kickstart Calls instead of one Strategie Session), all sessions in the bundle must be used by the original purchaser. Sessions are non-transferable. The second session must be scheduled and completed within 10 weeks of the first session. Unused sessions expire without compensation after this period.
5. Scheduling and No-Shows
Sessions are scheduled through our booking platform. If you fail to appear within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time without prior notice, the session is considered completed and no reschedule or voucher will be issued.
6. Payments
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a payment, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. Accepted payment methods include credit card and Klarna (where available). All prices are in US Dollars. No sales tax is collected; professional advisory services are exempt under applicable Texas tax regulations.
For Ongoing Advisory engagements, monthly fees are billed in advance and are due immediately upon invoicing. Upon failed payment, services shall be suspended until the outstanding balance is settled.
7. Project-Based Work
Project-based work beyond the scope of single sessions or monthly advisory packages (e.g., business plan development, market analysis, pitch preparation) is billed at $650 USD per hour in 30-minute increments. Project-based work requires a written cost estimate (email sufficient) specifying the estimated hours, to be accepted by the Client before work begins. Actual billing shall not exceed the accepted estimate by more than twenty percent (20%). If a further overrun becomes foreseeable, we shall notify you and obtain approval before continuing work.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties shall treat all information exchanged during sessions and advisory engagements as confidential. You agree not to publicly share, quote, or attribute specific statements or recommendations from sessions without prior written consent from GenAIus Inc.
9. Intellectual Property
All frameworks, methodologies, and materials shared during sessions or advisory engagements remain the intellectual property of GenAIus Inc. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for internal use only. Recording of sessions is not permitted without prior written consent.
10. Disclaimer of Liability
All services are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GenAIus Inc. shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the services provided hereunder, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, or lost business opportunities. All business decisions made by you are your sole responsibility.
11. Indemnification
You shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GenAIus Inc., its officers, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from (a) your use of the services, (b) any breach of these Terms, or (c) business decisions made based on information shared during sessions or advisory engagements.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Delaware.
13. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any executed Engagement Letter, constitute the entire agreement between you and GenAIus Inc. regarding your use of our services.
