These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by GenAIus Inc., doing business as Projekt Neuland (“Company,” “we,” “us”). By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
GenAIus Inc., operating as Projekt Neuland, provides business strategy consulting and personal experience sharing regarding US market entry for entrepreneurs. We do not provide legal advice, tax advice, immigration services, or any form of licensed professional counsel. Felix Schmidt is not an attorney, tax advisor, or licensed immigration consultant. All information shared in sessions, on this website, or in any associated materials is based on personal experience and does not constitute professional advice of any kind.
2. No Refunds — Voucher Policy
All payments are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, you may request a one-time reschedule. The rescheduled session must take place within 10 weeks of your original booking date. After the 10-week period expires, the session is forfeited without compensation or replacement. No exceptions will be made.
3. Session Bundles
If you purchase multiple sessions as a bundle (e.g., two Kickstart Calls in place of one Strategie Session):
- All sessions in the bundle must be used by the original purchaser. Sessions are non-transferable.
- The second session (and any subsequent sessions) must be scheduled and completed within 10 weeks of the first session in the bundle.
- Unused sessions expire without compensation after the 10-week period.
- Bundle purchases cannot be partially refunded.
4. Scheduling and No-Shows
Sessions are scheduled through our booking platform (Cal.com). You are responsible for appearing at the scheduled time.
If you fail to appear within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time without prior written notice (email to legal@genai.us), the session is considered completed and used. No reschedule, voucher, or compensation will be issued for no-shows.
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time. Late rescheduling requests (less than 24 hours) are treated as no-shows.
5. Payments
Payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc. By completing a payment, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
All prices are stated and charged in US Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect previously confirmed bookings.
No sales tax is collected. Professional consulting services are exempt under applicable Texas tax regulations.
6. Not Legal, Tax, or Immigration Advice
This is a business strategy and experience-sharing service. Nothing communicated during sessions, on this website, in emails, or in any associated materials constitutes legal, tax, immigration, or financial advice.
You are solely responsible for:
- Engaging licensed US immigration attorneys for visa applications and immigration matters
- Engaging licensed tax professionals for tax planning and compliance
- Engaging licensed legal professionals for corporate structuring and regulatory compliance
- All business decisions you make based on information shared in our sessions
We expressly disclaim any and all liability for decisions made, actions taken, or outcomes resulting from information shared in our sessions or on this website.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
Our total aggregate liability for any and all claims arising from or related to our services is limited to the amount you actually paid for the specific session giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of business, loss of opportunity, visa denials, immigration consequences, or any other damages arising from or related to your use of our services.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GenAIus Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of our services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) any business decisions you make based on information shared in our sessions.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, frameworks, and methodologies shared during sessions remain the intellectual property of GenAIus Inc. You may not record, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit session content without prior written consent.
10. Confidentiality
We treat the content of your sessions as confidential. We will not share details of your specific situation, business plans, or personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
You agree not to publicly share, quote, or attribute specific advice or statements from sessions without prior written consent.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
12. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GenAIus Inc. regarding your use of our services.
